STILLMEL LLC was founded in 2015 with the objective of developing and implementing high-performance solutions in the field of abrasive materials and surface finishing technologies.

The company initially focused on the classification of abrasive materials and the production of pastes and suspensions based on superhard abrasives, including synthetic diamond, cubic boron nitride (CBN), and titanium carbide.

In 2018, the company expanded its manufacturing capabilities and launched the production of magnetic-abrasive powders, significantly improving the efficiency of machining complex surfaces in industrial applications.

Since 2019, STILLMEL has been developing grinding wheel technologies, and in 2020 began serial production of diamond and CBN grinding wheels with organic bonds. This enabled the delivery of high-precision solutions for machining hard materials across various industrial sectors.

In 2023, the company initiated the production of vacuum-tight ceramics for applications in mechanical engineering, aerospace, dentistry, and the jewelry industry, while further strengthening its presence in both domestic and international markets.

In 2024, activities were expanded through the advancement of ceramic technologies, including high-temperature alumina ceramics, complementing the company’s core portfolio of diamond tools and abrasive materials.

Today, STILLMEL cooperates with leading companies in mechanical engineering, aerospace, metallurgy, dentistry, and the jewelry industry, providing engineering-driven and technologically advanced solutions tailored to the most demanding applications.
