Diamond and CBN Grinding Wheels

LLC Stillmel specializes for production and supplying of grinding resin bond wheels with synthetic diamond and CBN (cubic nitride boron) powders for proccessing of harded steel, HSS and hard alloy (tungsten carbide).

Material and building
For production bodies of grinding wheels we use aluminum alloys of rolling type it provide minimum imbalance and accuracy of rotation during processing on high speeds.

Diamond and CBN powders are being checked of inside classification and control of grain sizes and checking of quality straight to the our company it guarantees of stability characteristic of tools.

Resin bond
Our company uses own created recipes of resin bonds, developed with including real conditions of using of tool.
We select of resin bond depending on:
- processing material and hardness of it. cutting modes (speed of rotates, feed);
- deep of cutting (grinding);
- requirements to the roughness of surface; 
- condition of processing with using coolant or by dry.
Such decisions provide stable work of wheel  controlled abrasion and predicting result of processing.

Production and individual decisions
Grinding wheels produce according to valid of the technical requirements of the company and the individual technical requirements of the customer. The shape of wheel, geometric sizes ,   the grain size of powder, concentration of the grinding powder, types of bond  and condition of work of tool agree with customer separately for each project.
